My first post is about these *lovely* owl bookends. Quite often I see an item in a thrift store and think to myself "David(my husband) is going to think I'm crazy." I'm usually right about that, he lacks my vision! But just wait until you see the after on these beauties!Before:

So, pretty bad, huh? But I sprayed on 3 very light coats of primer, and 3-4 coats of Krylon "Celery" then sealed! Don't they look great?
