Thrift Store Mirrored Tray Redo

It never ceases to amaze me the things I find in thrift stores that other people have overlooked! I found this awesome mirrored brass tray cast aside on a corner shelf... and it spoke to me!

 

Yes I like garlic sauce with my pizza!

I was so excited to get started, I started taping off the glass without taking a "before" photo!

The brass on the top was pretty badly tarnished, and no amount of polishing could save it, so I decided to paint it! First a coat of gray primer(because that's all I had on hand).

 

Then 2 light coats of Rustoleum White in Gloss finish.

And here she is!

 

I just love the flower details!
