and then finally decided on the middle color, Granite Gray by Glidden.
The color was very light in the can, and as I started painting it on, it started drying PURPLE! I'll admit I was a little freaked out for a little bit, but once it fully dried, it was true to the paint sample and came out a beautiful, medium gray color.

I also finally got my rug pads and set up my new rugs from Ikea!
Lovely! I'm thinking about using the lighter color, Pebble Gray, for my closet and bathroom. That's a project for another day! Next up for the bedroom, curtains, bed linens, and some art!
Nicely done, Jamie! The new look is richer and warmer.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I really love it, I smile whenever I go in there now!
DeleteWow, I would love to have these in my bedroom as well. These perfectly matched with each other and to you Jamie you have a wonderful choice with the lights as well.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! This is the perfect gray color, in my opinion. Try it out!
